What you'll do:
- Collaborate with the Global Demo Services Team to manage demo and training environments, ensuring that content is updated to meet strict release deadlines.
- Become an expert at Coupa’s products and assist Partners and Education Services instructors in optimizing their environments for presentations and training courses.
- Help the ecosystem scale by identifying opportunities for improvement and process efficiency in the creation and maintenance of partner and education environments.
- Provide ongoing support for Partners and the Education team as needed to support enablement and training success.
- Partner with the Product Teams and Operations to ensure high-quality, high-reliability demo and training instances.
- Leverage AI tools and automations to scale, optimize, and improve the support experience for partners and trainers.
What you will bring to Coupa:
- -3 years experience in a Technical Support, Sales Ops, pre-sales support, or implementation role.
- Experience implementing, training, or supporting B2B Software as a Service -- preferably in the FinTech space (ERP, Procurement, Finance, Accounting, Contracts, Sourcing).
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong track record of creating impactful documentation, collateral, or instructional materials including presentations and online training.
- Experience configuring software for demonstrations or training labs is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision; ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- A passion for learning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor Degree required. An engineering degree is a plus.
