We are looking for an experienced Demand & Supply Planner Assistant to help ensure the right products are available at the right time. In this role, you will combine planning expertise, data analysis and cross-functional collaboration to maintain healthy inventory levels, strengthen supplier performance and support a reliable supply chain.
Your role and impact
You will be responsible for:
Manage inventory levels in line with inventory and safety stock policies.
Execute material planning through MRP, create and manage Purchase Orders, and ensure timely delivery.
Monitor supplier capacity, delivery performance, MOQ, lead time, and other supply requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve supply issues, shortages, delays, returns, and claims.
Maintain and review material planning parameters and master data in SAP and RELEX/M-APS.
Monitor RELEX/M-APS replenishment recommendations and exceptions, and support system testing and process improvements.
Analyze sales, forecast, inventory, and supplier data to identify risks and support planning decisions.
Prepare regular reports and analysis using Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
Prepare and verify import/export and customs clearance documents and coordinate with Shipping, Freight Forwarders, and related parties.
Support projects, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company processes and relevant SAP/RELEX system procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by Manager/Director.
What you will bring
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in Demand/Supply Planning, Replenishment, Inventory, or related Supply Chain functions.
Experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel; experience with RELEX/M-APS or other planning systems is an advantage.
Experience in Import/Export is preferred.
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functions.
Good command of written and spoken English and able to communicate with regional/Group teams and suppliers.
Able to learn new systems quickly, work under pressure, and adapt to changes.

Skills Required
