Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Demand & Supply Analyst to join our regional Supply Chain team. This role plays a key part in ensuring product availability, accurate forecasting, and smooth execution across our Central and South American operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain material master data in the system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

  • Prepare and analyze supply chain reports, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.

  • Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes, providing reliable sales and demand forecasts.

  • Monitor local production and import flows, ensuring on-time availability of products.

  • Manage intercompany export processes, coordinating with plants and logistics teams.

  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency in the Demand & Supply area.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or similar roles.

  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) is a plus.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Portuguese is a strong advantage.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering results through teamwork and data-driven decisions.
