Main Purpose of the Job
Responsible for ensuring high service level delivery through accurate forecasting and driving the demand planning process in alignment with warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and Coordinate Demand Planning Process
Facilitate monthly demand planning meetings with Customer Strategy & Planning and Marketing teams.
Own sales forecast accuracy and provide consistent analysis.
Collaborate with Customer Strategy & Planning and Marketing to deliver accurate, robust, and timely forecasts.
Ensure consistency between volume forecasts and secondary sales forecasts, aligned with historical trends and activity calendars.
Address risks and opportunities for informed decision-making.
Support innovation projects, new product development (NPD), and transition projects.
Upload demand volume in Kinaxis system and split monthly demand into weekly demand based on phasing percentages provided by CBD team.
2. Inventory Management
Co-manage inventory with Supply Planner and Customer Strategy & Planning.
Report and manage inventory levels, highlighting risks and actions.
Develop requirements to sustain customer service levels.
Proactively alert commercial teams on slow-moving or obsolete stock and drive clearance actions.
3. Coordinate Warehouse Operations
Plan budgets and analyze costs for labeling and loading operations.
Provide monthly and weekly demand to warehouse for sticker purchase orders.
Coordinate with Marketing for Lao labeling artwork readiness.
Manage Lao labeling and loading operations with warehouse team.
Review and approve monthly warehouse invoices before GR in Coupa system.
4. Continuous Improvement
Identify new ideas to improve demand, supply, and inventory processes.
Support improvement projects and other assignments from line managers.
5. Reporting
Weekly actual sales and demand reports.
Actualized Demand Workbook.
Monthly forecast accuracy and forecast bias (FAFB) report.
Demand Workbook Sign-Off.
Weekly Achievement Tracking.
Qualifications:
University degree: Supply Chain qualification is an advantage.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply Chain.
Knowledge of relevant SC processes.
Strong Excel skills.
Planning mastery, S\&OP, and business finance understanding.
Ability to make fact-based decisions.
Proven ability to work within a team.
Category & customer knowledge is an advantage.
Experience in FMCG industry preferred.
Familiarity with Kinaxis planning tool (optional), SAP, or other relevant SC systems is an advantage.
