Your Job:
In your role as EMEA Demand Planning intern, you will play an important part in supporting our Demand Planning team with operational tasks. You will assist the Apparel Demand Planner and Business Planning Manager in the seasonal Apparel forecasting process and help transition our supply chain to a more digitalized system by using a new demand planning tool. Additionally, you will support the E-Commerce Planner during weekly trade meetings, analyze and report on sales trends for Apparel. By working closely with various cross-functional teams, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of Demand Planning for both DTC (Direct to Consumer) and B2B, contributing to the enhancement of our brand engagement and sales growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support with the E-commerce Apparel weekly reporting to present back to E-commerce Demand Planner.
  • Collaborate with the Integrated Planning & B2B team members to support them with operational tasks.
  • Support with the seasonal Apparel forecasting process and align with Apparel Demand planner
  • Support the Footwear and Apparel Demand Planners in developing automated weekly and monthly reports around overall sales trends and product performances, in collaboration with Data Analytics team.

Your Qualifications:

  • University student or recent graduate in the field of business studies and/or analytics.
  • Interest in eCommerce, Sports Products and Supply Chain.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Power BI and/or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of SQL is preferred.
  • Keen attention to detail in planning, organization and execution of task.
  • Ability to connect the dots and find creative solutions to problems.
  • Aptitude for organization, flexibility, and producing results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve necessary results.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to anticipate and react to changing plans.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Any additional European languages are considered a plus.
  • Comfortable with working virtually.
  • Passionate participation in Brooks’ sports activities a plus, overridden by the ability to understand and empathize with the runner to develop loyal, engaging relationships with our customers and the Brooks community.

  • We are looking for candidates available to commit to an internship of 6 months minimum. (Starting date April/May 2025)
