What you will do
Support Demand Manager on demand related topics and follow up on them.

Support Statistical Forecast Review in o9 Demand Planning Tool.
- Support Demand Managers by working on Customer Program Deletion requests.
- Prepare adhoc query of Demand Management team.
- Participate in Demand Management calls.
- Review Accounts with low Forecast Accuracy and agree with Demand Manager on corrective actions.
- Support Senior Demand Planning Analyst

Prepare monthly Forecast inputs for Demand Manager (e.g. push for and check with Distributors for forecast for better visibility

Reporting activities, e.g.
-
Prepare weekly order cancellation summary report.

Provide regular cancellation updates and follow up on reasons for cancellation with CSR / Account Manager.

Check and inform Demand Planning community when major cancellation and/or push-out is received.

Highlight any significant demand change to Demand Manager

Prepare distributor inventory information for selected distributors.

Work on improvement activities in o9 Demand Planning Tool.
What you will need

Bachelor Degree
- Drive, Accurate and Pro-Active and Can-do-Mentality, ability to get things done
- Experience in related areas such as Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Management, etc. is a plus
- Likes to work in a dynamic business environment and ready to change where required
- Self-critical on work preformed, eye for detail

Excellent communication skills especially for our customers and internal teams with fluent English
- Team player who can work well under time pressure and able to work independently
This position is a one-year contract role and will be managed through external vendor.
