Our mission is to ensure accurate forecast and timely product availability is essential for maintaining a smooth supply chain and meeting customer expectations.
The Demand Planner Executive is responsible for forecasting future customer demand and collaborating with sales, marketing to ensure that supply chain align with predicted demand.
Core Responsibilities:
- Collaboration – Working closely with Go-To-Market team to understand demand forecast drivers. To conduct consensus call meetings with account salesperson to review sales history and forecasts and discuss correction action as at when required. Conducts monthly demand forecast signoff meeting with Regional and Global Sales Lead. Working closely with Supply Planning Team to ensure Demand changes are communicated timely to Supply Planning Team for plan adjustments.
- Data Analysis – Utilizing statistical models, software tools to improve forecasting accuracy. Daily/ weekly core activities to maintain software tools.
- Reporting– Creating and presenting reports on demand forecast. Monitor and report on important change in forecasts. To prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports timely.
- Performance monitoring – Tracking forecast accuracy, identifying areas for improvement, and making necessary adjustments to forecasting methodology.
- Master Data creation and maintenance – To manage, change and create material code, customer, supply routing in SAP and BY JDA or any planning tools system.
- Training and Support – Provide training on Demand360, PBI dashboard and support to new users.
- Improvement Projects and Training – Participate improvement projects and training assigned
Qualified candidates will have:
Mandatory requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Data Analyst or any related field
- 3 to 5 years work experience in demand planning within the ingredients, flavors manufacturing industry, especially on a Global or Regional level
- English fluency, both written and spoken
Desirable requirements:
- Experience with SAP & Blue Yonder planning tools and Power BI is advantageous
- Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, is desirable
