We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a creative individual with a strong willingness to learn and contribute to our rapidly growing marketing team.

Our Team:

• You will join our "Demand Generation EMEAI" a new European team. You will be based in Bangalore report to the Marketing Director of this department.

• Our primary mission is to define, plan, and execute digital & physical marketing campaigns and actions to generate demand on Targeted account in India and support sales growth in the India.

• You will be the representative of the "Demand Generation Marketing" for your region.

You will be supporting Channel Marketing activities. Influencing Partners marketing plan, managing MDF usage.

Your Impact:

• In collaboration with the Indian Sales leaders, you actively contribute to the adaptation and promotion of PTC industry  marketing campaigns.

• You strategically plan a mix of marketing activities to help sales engage with their top accounts. PTC's products, solutions, and services, through digital and physical channels.

• In close relation with the Inside Sales teams, you ensure the proper follow-up of your campaigns.

• You analyze and measure the business impact of your actions.

  • You will carefully and wisely use allocated marketing budget in your regions.

Your Daily Tasks:

• Understand PTC's overall sales and marketing strategy.

• Comprehend the business challenges and focus in your region.

• Master the marketing campaigns provided by industry teams

• Contribute to defining and implementing marketing action plans for your region.

• Deploy LinkedIn, and third-party media strategies.

• Organize and promote virtual and physical events. Attend few key  and targeted conferences.

• Monitor and analyze the results of conducted marketing campaigns.

Your Profile:

We are seeking a dynamic team player that you should have a significant prior experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing to excel in this role

• You enjoy taking action, initiating projects, and working autonomously.

• Being organized and rigorous, you handle priorities and multitasking comfortably.

• As a proactive problem solver, you are eager to test new marketing tactics.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills (spelling, synthesis, writing style) in both Italian and English (daily exchanges with European and American teams).
