The Job

We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager to help power the digital growth strategy across the Simpro Group’s portfolio of innovative brands - including Simpro, BigChange, AroFlo, and ClockShark. This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple market-leading sister companies, each with unique customer bases and ambitious growth plans, making it a truly impactful time to join.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Demand Generation, you’ll lead the charge in building and executing integrated campaigns across paid media, account-based marketing (ABM), and data-driven strategies to generate high-quality leads, drive engagement, and boost conversions.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute and support Simpro Group’s global growth marketing strategy across our powerhouse brands - Simpro, BigChange, AroFlo, and ClockShark - with a strong focus on ABM, digital engagement, and paid media initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver targeted account-based marketing (ABM) programs using tools like 6Sense, helping us identify, engage, and nurture high-value accounts through the funnel.

  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing to connect data from platforms like 6Sense, Salesforce, and paid media tools, delivering a seamless and insightful view of the entire customer journey.

  • Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns across paid search, social, and display - tailored to buyer stages and ABM strategies -to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.

  • Analyze performance metrics across platforms to uncover insights, optimize performance, and recommend strategic adjustments to improve lead quality, pipeline velocity, and ROI.

  • Lead the integration and activation of insights from Salesforce and other marketing platforms to enhance personalization and effectiveness of outbound efforts.

  • Provide strategic guidance and direction on paid media efforts (PPC and paid social) through agency partners or internal resources, with a focus on outcomes—not daily ops.

  • Design and implement A/B tests and leverage performance data to continuously refine lead generation and engagement strategies.

  • Support budget management and resource planning to ensure we’re making the most of every marketing dollar across digital channels.

  • Keep up to date with the latest in demand gen best practices, marketing tech, and ABM innovations - and bring those ideas to life.

What You’ll Bring

  • Hands-on experience with PPC, paid social media, and account-based marketing, with a strong understanding of digital campaign management.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing and ABM tools, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and 6Sense.

  • Strong analytical abilities, with a focus on interpreting data, optimizing campaigns, and making data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product marketing, and regional marketing teams.

  • Solid project management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and competing priorities.

  • Growth-oriented mindset with an eagerness to test, learn, and iterate in a fast-paced environment.

  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to share insights and make recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Adaptable and proactive, with a passion for digital growth marketing and achieving impactful results.
