The Demand Generation Manager will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts to generate and nurture leads, build and optimize our ABM (Account-Based Marketing) funnel, and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience in managing marketing outreach and paid advertising campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience of marketing or demand generation experience.
- Proven experience in demand generation, ABM, and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and tech tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, 6Sense, Salesforce).
- Experience with email marketing platforms and paid advertising channels.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach.

Compensation Range
$140,000—$160,000 USD

What We Do
DuploCloud offers an end-to-end DevOps software platform for dev teams that don’t have dedicated DevOps engineers and augments those that do. The platform automates the provisioning of your application to the cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), integrating cloud ops, DevOps, and security/compliance with 24x7 monitoring and support. The software runs in your cloud account and is accessed thru our UI, Terraform or API.
