Description

We’re seeking a results-driven marketer to lead our B2B demand generation campaigns for our research product portfolio (Viewpoint). The Enterprise Demand Generation Manager is a collaborative leader responsible for setting and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive product awareness and generate leads that help achieve business objectives. This role reports to the Head of B2B Marketing and will be a critical leader who will help Verily mature marketing approach to key accounts and evolve our current go-to-market strategy.

The B2B Commercial Marketing is a team of marketers and marketing operation specialists that drive strategies to engage prospects and customers, generating demand for our prioritized solutions. We partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales and Creative teams to bring full-funnel campaigns to life and optimize performance and business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop multi-channel, demand generation strategy and approach to grow pipeline for our research product portfolio.
  • Coordinates, plans and executes based on clearly defined objectives. Integrated marketing plans would be completed with an audience-centric mindset across various tactics, including journey mapping, campaign development, content maps, nurture flows and events to create a consistent customer experience across all channels.
  • Work with channel experts to acquire and re-engage customers through a broad mix of paid, earned and owned tactics. 
  • Execute B2B campaigns in conjunction with PMM and sales teams to ensure the messaging is consistent and appropriate for the campaign goal and ensures that it directly aligns with target personas and use cases aligned with company priorities.
  • Brings a data-centric mindset; tracks, measures and analyzes, reports, tests and optimizes the performance of demand gen programs in partnership with the data analytics team to ensure the most efficient way we drive growth and maximize ROI.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of professional experience, of which 3+ years experience in demand generation in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Experience with funnel metrics and levers to move the needle on generating qualified leads and accelerating opportunity and pipeline.
  • Expert in end-to-end campaign development, execution and measurement. 
  • Strong project management skills to effectively deliver programs, and create alignment across groups.
  • Excellent organizational, communication skills with the ability to confidently discuss results and strategies. Confidence in owning workstreams and leading large cross-functional team calls.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with project management and marketing software tools. Experience with Adobe Analytics, Content Square, Marketo and Jira is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000 - $179,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
