Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Demand Generation Lead to join our dynamic marketing team at Magical. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful enterprise B2B demand generation strategies that generate high-quality leads and drive customer engagement.

Core responsibilities:

  • Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with Magical's target customer segments and business objectives.

  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement targeted lead generation programs, such as webinars and events, to drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

  • Channel Management: Oversee and optimize performance across various demand generation channels, including events, performance marketing ads, inbound marketing, sponsorships, and account based marketing (ABM).

  • Lifecycle Marketing: Own and manage Magical's lifecycle marketing program by developing journeys and email campaigns for various stages of the customer journey.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment and achieve company goals.

  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.

  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure campaign ROI and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in demand generation for an enterprise B2B environment (bonus points if you have experience in U.S. healthcare)

  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful demand generation campaigns, from building awareness at the top-of-funnel to booking calls with sales at the bottom-of-funnel

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform marketing strategies

  • Proficient in marketing automation software and CRM systems such as Salesforce, SmartLead, SalesLoft, HeyReach, Zapier, Claude, Grain, and Notion

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • High level of creativity and innovation

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels of the organization

Skills Required

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in marketing automation software and CRM systems, including Salesforce, SmartLead, SalesLoft, HeyReach, Zapier, Claude, Grain, and Notion
