Develop and execute enterprise B2B demand generation strategies across events, webinars, performance marketing, inbound, sponsorships, and ABM. As an AI Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll design AI workflows, act as a customer technical bridge, and optimize deployment performance. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment, shaping tools and documentation while ensuring system reliability.

Lead technical direction and implementation of production AI agent systems for healthcare. Build and maintain reliable automation runtimes, workflow engines, observability, model integrations, and human-in-the-loop recovery. Drive ambiguous backend/full‑stack projects, improve engineering practices, and mentor engineers while remaining hands‑on in code.

Lead technical execution for complex customer deployments of agentic AI: design workflows, write prompts, build integrations, debug systems, coach engineers, improve reliability, and translate customer needs into reusable platform improvements.

Own day-to-day finance operations: expense analysis, ARR tracking and dashboards, invoicing and collections, spend management via Ramp, churn analysis, and support quarterly close with external accountant. Build and run financial processes and reporting to inform leadership decisions.

Manage and grow a team of forward-deployed engineers building and orchestrating agentic, multi-agent AI workflows. Serve as the technical liaison to customers and product/engineering, troubleshoot deployments and integrations, optimize performance in high-stakes domains like healthcare, and create tools, docs, and reference implementations to scale rollouts.
