Job Description
The Demand and Lead Generation team at NXP is looking for an outbound email marketing expert to plan, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns to achieve specific objectives, such as enhancing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, fostering lead generation, and increasing pipeline consistent with NXP Sales objectives.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing Nurture email campaigns, expanding the implementation of our global campaigns and successfully targeting customers through Intent-Based Marketing programs.
This role will have a primary focus on lead generation and involves collaborating with various teams, including Digital Marketing, Marcom, Product Marketing and Sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic B2B campaigns and semiconductor industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop personalized journeys and email marketing programs that generate demand for our products, services or key account initiatives
- Create, execute, and analyze intent-based marketing programs to activate, engage, convert and retain multiple customer segments.
- Work across teams to create and manage targeted and localized multi-channel campaigns to generate high-quality leads, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement as well as alignment with business objectives, target audience needs, and market trends
- Analyze customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for demand generation optimization
- Work closely with content creators to develop compelling and relevant content for different stages of the buyer's journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product to align demand generation efforts with overall business goals
- Develop and maintain lead nurturing workflows to move leads through the funnel and facilitate their progression to sales-ready status
- Implement A/B testing and data-driven approaches to continuously improve campaign performance and conversion rates
- Utilize social platforms and advertising to generate targeted engagement and warm contacts
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment on qualification criteria
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to innovate demand generation strategies
- Provide regular reports and insights on demand generation KPIs and contribute to overall marketing performance analysis
About You
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing or campaign management/demand generation roles, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
- 4+ years of experience executing intent or account-based marketing campaigns
- Perform the full range of responsibilities within the function with high level of independence, with strong attention to detail.
- Experience leveraging intent data to target mass market customers to further nurture and qualify into leads.
- Experience engaging and warming cold contacts
- Strong familiarity to Persona development and customizing content appropriately
- A professional collaborative mindset with a passion for project managing complex, integrated marketing campaigns.
- Drive and manage the functional campaign team to accomplish objectives within given timeline
- Motivated self-starter who thrives in complex, fast-paced, quota-driven environments.
- Strong ability to pull and analyze data, develop conclusions and make informed decisions for future performance.
- Experience using marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua (preferred), Marketo or similar platforms. Also, experience with Salesforce and ZoomInfo is highly desired.
