Job Purpose:
As our MEA business becomes increasingly technology and data enabled, more of our critical Demand & Sales processes are designed, executed and governed through digital platforms.
The Demand Business Operations Head leads the capabilities across Demand Systems, Sales Systems, Data & Analytics and Asset Management to improve the productivity and effectiveness of our Demand & Sales organization.
The role is accountable for building a high-performing and engaged team, ensuring our technology, data and assets are fully leveraged to simplify how we work, strengthen execution and enable profitable growth across MEA.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Build and lead a high-performing team
Recruit, retain, coach and develop a highly capable and engaged team across Demand Systems, Sales Systems, Data & Analytics and Asset Management. Build strong functional expertise, clear accountability and a healthy talent pipeline, while creating an environment of continuous learning and development.
Drive Demand & Sales growth and effectiveness
Partner with Demand & Sales leadership to identify opportunities to simplify processes, optimize ROI and improve effectiveness through technology, data, analytics and automation. Establish clear measures of productivity and value and ensure improvements translate into sustainable changes in how teams operate.
Partner with Digital Technology to translate these requirements into technology roadmaps, secure the required resources and investment, and ensure successful delivery and adoption.
Drive adoption and value realization
Ensure capabilities are not simply deployed, but successfully embedded into business processes and ways of working. Establish clear measures across adoption, productivity, effectiveness and business value and intervene where solutions are not delivering their intended outcomes.
Asset Management
Provide leadership and governance for Chillers & Freezers across MEA, ensuring commercial assets are deployed and managed to maximize physical availability, utilization and return on investment. Leverage data and technology to improve asset visibility, deployment and lifecycle management.
Education & Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
8+ years minimum with leadership experience
