We need you in our team to help us optimize Channel procedure through your quantitative background and process improvement skills. Successful candidates will be responsible on the following tasks (but not limited to):

As a Deals Desk Analyst, you will be tasked with the following:

  • Build, edit and troubleshoot quotes and agreements

  • Process invoicing request (end to end); preliminary credit check, supporting documents to complete a formal credit check approval.

  • Point of Contract for Enterprise Deals (end to end); this would cover supporting documentation set-up and approvals

  • Process premium feature add-ons and approval

  • Processing deals

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  • Candidate should have at least 2+ years of related work experience

  • Must be process, systems and product oriented

  • Highly organized

  • Innately curious and problem solver
