As a Dealing Analyst, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable insights into financial markets and contribute to our growth. We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about learning, possess keen attention to detail, strong numerical and analytical skills, and aspire to build a career in Finance.
Responsibilities:
- Build the scripts, dashboards, and analytical tools that sharpen the team's edge — your code on live screens, your ideas in the workflow, your work moving the P&L.
- Coordinate and manage the trading portfolio across all currencies during your session.
- Monitor market movements and stay on top of news, the economic calendar, and sudden events.
- Manage risk through positioning and trading within approved limits, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare daily reports for stakeholders, and bring sharper ways to present what matters.
- Run analytical work on related business areas as requested by the senior team.
- Work closely with senior dealers on trade supervision and risk strategy alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a quantitative/ IT discipline.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in financial services.
- Previous trading experience or exposure to financial markets is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
- Demonstrated interest in financial markets and market microstrusture.
- Comfortable with programming or scripting in any language. (You don't need to be a software engineer, but picking up trade data and turning it into something useful should feel natural. This is one of the things we weigh most heavily.)
- Solid numerical and analytical abilities.
