Your impact:

PTC’s business continuously evolves to bring product innovation and customer value to the marketplace. Within Revenue Operations we ensure that sellers have the tools, processes, support, and resources necessary to achieve success. As a Deal Support Specialist, you will partner with Subscription Managers, Field Sales and Conversion Reps to improve accuracy, efficiency and bridge process gaps. As system and process subject matter experts you will increase transactional velocity and manage complex activities which allow our sellers to drive growth for PTC.

Your team:

The Deal Support Organization is accountable for delivering consistent, high quality and efficient centralized services to Field Sales, Subscription Managers and Conversion Sales. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, building and managing quotes for sellers, providing assistance with various transaction types (e.g., renewal subscriptions), driving continuous process improvements and seeking efficiency gains. Cross-functional collaboration across PTC is also paramount to the success of this role.

Day-To-Day:

  • Partner with Field Sales, Subscription Managers and Conversion Sales to assist with quoting requests, customer product remixes and a variety of other customer facing requests.
  • Act as liaison between the stakeholder(s) and other business units to ensure completion of orders
  • Manage individual ticketing queues, address and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with the organization’s SLT
  • Build conversion offers in accordance with the business process
  • Collaborate with the internal ecosystem (Commercial Desk, Legal, Finance, Customer Operations) to secure approvals and completion of tasks needed to provide seller deliverables
  • Proactively assist reps in opportunity management and data scrubbing activities.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Adaptable to ever-changing business needs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to details
  • Comfortable working in fast paced and sometimes stressful environments
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Confident individual, comfortable with sharing opinions
  • Salesforce.com opportunity management and quoting experience preferred

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Math or other relevant fields
  • +1 year work experience in similar roles would be preferred
