Where Your Work Moves the Needle.
At Pebl, every team member drives our success. Joining us means more than filling a role—you’re accountable for results and impact. Our values guide how we operate, execute, and collaborate across borders. By putting them into action, you’ll help us scale faster, compete harder, and lead the future of global work.
What Makes You a Great Fit
We're looking for a Deal Operations Associate to join our Revenue Operations team in Bangalore, India. This is an early career role for someone who takes pride in doing detail-oriented work accurately and at pace—the kind of person who finds satisfaction in keeping a queue moving and knowing that every task they complete puts a new employee one step closer to their first day on the job.
You'll work within our deal operations function, processing the transactions that flow from a signed contract to a fully onboarded employee. That means entering and validating data across our systems, handling contract updates, generating employee records, and coordinating with Sales and Onboarding teammates when you need more information to get something across the finish line. The work is structured and process-driven, with clear playbooks to guide you—and real impact behind every ticket you close.
This will be a 6 month contract.
How You'll Make an Impact:
Work through a steady queue of operational tasks each day, processing new contracts and employee records with speed and accuracy
Enter and validate deal data across our systems, making sure every field is correct before a record moves to the next step
Set up new employee records following country-specific processes so that Onboarding can get started without delay
Review and process new hire forms, confirming that employee information is complete and correct
Handle routine contract updates—currency adjustments, comment resolution, amendment inputs—using our contract management tool
Keep ticket records current: log notes, update statuses, and close items cleanly upon completion
Flag anything that doesn't fit the standard process to a senior team member, with clear context so it can be resolved quickly
Communicate with Sales and Onboarding partners over Slack when you need information to complete a task
Follow documented processes and standard operating procedures, and flag any steps that need updating as things evolve
Let's Connect If You Have:
Fluency in English (written and spoken)—most of your day-to-day communication with teammates and partners will be in English
Strong attention to detail and genuine comfort with high-volume, process-driven work
2-5 years of professional experience in a data entry, operations support, administrative, or customer support role
Reliability and self-organization: you can work through a task list independently without needing constant direction
Basic comfort with software systems—you don't need Salesforce experience on day one, but you should pick up new tools quickly
A clear, professional communication style over chat and email
It's a bonus if you have:
Prior exposure to any CRM (Salesforce is a plus), contract management tool, or ERP system
Experience in a SaaS, HR tech, payroll, or global employment environment
Familiarity with employment concepts across different countries—not required, but helpful context for the work we do
Skills Required
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- 2-5 years of professional experience in operations support or customer support
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with process-driven work
- Basic comfort with software systems
