About the role: 

Deal Desk Analyst will provide direct support to the CRO and Regional Sales Leaders, and own all Deal Desk–related processes, governance, and execution activities.  
You will use technical skills and business acumen to structure, review, and optimize complex deals, ensuring alignment with company pricing, discounting, and approval frameworks while accelerating deal velocity.

The Deal Desk Analyst will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to drive consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all deal cycles. You will work seamlessly with Sales and Finance to establish a clear source of truth for deal approvals, pricing structures, and booking integrity, while enabling scalable deal execution and improved win rates.

Your contribution will be: 

  • · Quote Support – help build and/or troubleshoot quotes in Salesforce CPQ tool.
  • Ensure deals follow company guidelines in terms pricing, and policy thresholds.
  • Contract review support – review the commercial terms and coordinate with internal partners in the quote-to-cash cycle.
  • Manage the order fulfilment process from start to finish
  • Lead and opportunity management
  • Support Sales with both non-standard and standard deal structure and pricing guidance
  • Finance administration; invoicing, payment application, account reconciliations
  • Process improvement by identifying inefficiencies in the deal processes and help standardizing deal workflows
  • Sales Enablement by helping to train sales and renewal reps on quoting tools, policies and best practices 
  • Route deals for approval based on pricing, and policy thresholds
  • Help Sales and Renewal reps to create deal structures that align with pricing policies and revenue recognitions rules and goals
  • Act as a trusted partner and collaborate with sales, finance, and legal leadership 
  • Provide general administrative support to members of the sales team
  • Ad-hoc projects and initiatives for business development and automation

To be successful, we think you need: 

  • BA/BS required, in Business, Finance, Accounting, Sales preferred  
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar administration support position, ideally in a sales environment  
  • Proficient knowledge and experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce  
  • Capable of report creation and analysis using Microsoft Excel  
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills  
  • Proven attention to detail and ability to maintain logistical integrity   
  • Strong sense of responsibility and initiative  
  • Competent oral and written communication skills

Skills Required

  • 7+ years of experience in strategy & sales operations
  • 7+ years experience working in software or SaaS.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis using MS Excel, performance measurement, and reporting.
  • Significant experience with Salesforce CRM, Tableau or Tableau CRM and PowerBI required.
