Role Mission:

We are looking for a hands-on Deal Desk & Salesforce Analyst to support our Sales and Revenue Operations teams. This role is responsible for ensuring deals move quickly and accurately through the pipeline while also maintaining and improving Salesforce as the system of record. You will work directly with Sales, Finance, and Legal to support pricing, approvals, and contracts, while helping commercial reps configure their opportunities , reports, and data management tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Desk

  • Deal Structuring & Pricing Support:

  • Partner with sales to design and optimise deal structures (discount levels, payment terms, bundling, multi-year agreements)

  • Assist the sales team in processing quotes, pricing requests, and contract terms to ensure compliance with internal policies.

  • Quote-to-Cash Process Management:

  • Together with our Sales Operations Analyst:

  • Own the end-to-end quote approval workflow (discount approvals, non-standard terms, exception handling).

  • Ensure all quotes are accurately built in SFDC CPQ

  • Track and enforce compliance with internal policies and approval matrices.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Act as the bridge between sales, finance, legal, and operations to get deals over the finish line

  • Coordinate contract reviews, legal red-lines, and escalations both through CLM system, or offline.

  • Keep all stakeholders aligned on risks, timelines, and approvals

  • Policy Enforcement & Governance:

  • Apply discounting, pricing, and contracting policies consistently

  • Flag out-of-policy requests, escalate as needed, and document exceptions

  • Maintain playbooks for standard and non-standard deal terms

  • Act as a partner to Sales to ensure regular pipeline reviews, data maintenance and periodic enhancements.

  • Reporting, Analytics & Continuous Improvement:

  • Track KPIs such as average deal cycle time, win rates, discount trends, among others

  • Provide insights to leadership

  • Continuously refine processes, tools, and approval flows to increase efficiency and deal velocity

Salesforce Administration & Analysis

  • Work closely with our Salesforce Developers, by serving as one of the day-to-day administrators and flagging gaps and proposing enhancements

  • Run regular data quality checks (duplication, missing data, field updates).

  • Build and deliver ad-hoc reports and dashboards for Sales and Revenue teams.

  • Assist with enhancements, testing, and rollouts of new Salesforce features or integrations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2–4 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Salesforce Administration.

  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201) preferred.

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ (or similar quoting tools)

  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking skills.

  • Comfortable working directly with Sales teams in a fast-paced environment across mid-market and enterprise teams

  • Experience in a multi-product SaaS business is an advantage
