About the Role
We are hiring a Deal Desk Analyst to join our growing Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product — acting as a strategic partner to help structure, price, and close complex SaaS deals efficiently and compliantly.
You will be instrumental in maintaining deal velocity without compromising margin or policy, and will help build the processes, tools, and guardrails that scale our go-to-market motion.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing & Quoting
- Own the end-to-end quoting process, ensuring accurate, policy-compliant proposals are turned around within SLA
- Partner with Sales to structure commercial terms for standard, non-standard, and enterprise deals
- Maintain pricing frameworks, discount matrices, and approval thresholds in alignment with Finance
- Review and approve non-standard pricing requests, escalating where appropriate
Contract Review
- Review customer-facing order forms, MSAs, and addenda for commercial accuracy and risk
- Identify contract deviations from standard terms and coordinate resolution with Legal
- Ensure contract data (terms, ARR, billing schedules) is accurately captured in CRM and billing systems
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Account Executives and Sales Managers throughout the deal lifecycle
- Collaborate with Finance on revenue recognition flags, multi-year structures, and billing complexity
- Work closely with Legal on contract escalations, redlines, and policy interpretation
- Partner with Product and Customer Success on custom SKU requests and entitlement scoping
Revenue Operations & CRM Tools
- Maintain data hygiene in Salesforce — opportunities, quotes, contracts, and close dates
- Leverage CPQ tools (e.g. Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, Conga) to build and manage quote workflows
- Identify and drive process improvements to reduce deal friction and approval cycle times
- Contribute to Deal Desk documentation, playbooks, and training materials
Required Experience and Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related commercial role at a SaaS or technology company
- Solid understanding of SaaS business models, subscription pricing, and ARR/MRR metrics
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (required) and CPQ tools
- Familiarity with contract structures — MSAs, order forms, SOWs, and common legal/commercial terms
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with pricing models and approval frameworks
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple high-priority deals simultaneously
- Clear, confident communicator who can work across Sales, Legal, Finance, and executive stakeholders
- Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset — you don't just flag problems, you fix them
Nice to Have
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, Ironclad, or DocuSign CLM
- Exposure to revenue recognition principles (ASC 606) and their deal-level implications
- Background supporting enterprise or strategic deals with complex commercial structures
- Experience contributing to or owning Deal Desk process documentation or playbooks
