As a Deal Desk Analyst at Hirevue you will ensure sales contracts are accurate, compliant, and optimized for revenue from quotation to closing. Operating at the intersection of Sales, Renewals, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal, you will streamline operational efficiencies and drive cross-departmental alignment with company goals in this self-motivated role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Quote Management in SFDC: Manage the end-to-end quoting process in Salesforce (SFDC), reviewing quotes for accuracy. Ensure correct products, quantities, metrics, and pricing before discounts are applied to accurately reflect pipeline values.

• Service Order Generation: Generate Service Orders and sales documents using Ironclad and CPQ.

• Deal Closures & Booking: Review signed opportunities for accuracy and close opportunities for booking.

• Complex Pricing Management: Manage process and cadence to provide a forum for Sales, Renewals and Customer Success to bring complex deals, renewals, commercial and product related escalations to for guidance and approvals.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Legal, Finance, and Accounting to uphold pricing and financial policies.

• Enablement & Training: Provide training, resources, and guidance to all Customer Success and Sales members on SFDC/CPQ processes, quoting best practices, and Ironclad workflows.

• College Degree and/or Deal Desk experience required
• 1+ years experience preferred
• Experience managing quoting in Salesforce (SFDC) and contract workflows in Ironclad is highly preferred.

This position is a work-from-home role. The individual in this role must be able to work from home in an environment free from distractions, where they can attend virtual video meetings. 

Geographic Requirements:

• Must be physically located and legally authorized to work in either Poland or the United Kingdom.

• Note on UK Locations: Due to specific regional team structuring, we are not accepting candidates based in London.

• Candidates residing outside of Poland or the non-London UK regions will not be considered. Please do not apply if you do not meet these location constraints.
