Serves as a finance business partner for designated departments, leading monthly and quarterly expense variance analysis, close package preparation, P&L forecasting, headcount reconciliation, and expense planning. The role collaborates with accounting, executives, HR, and departmental leaders, supports finance and accounting projects, maintains HR system updates, and develops financial models and ad hoc analyses.

Drive adoption, retention, and growth for a portfolio of 200+ mid-market customers using scalable one-to-many programs, automated workflows, group enablement, and data-driven interventions. Triage escalations, maintain account data in Salesforce, advocate for customers internally, collaborate with sales/product/engineering, and identify expansion opportunities.

Lead product vision and roadmap for Hirevue's evaluation and hiring platform. Partner with Design, Engineering, Data Science and GTM teams to define, build, launch, and iterate data-driven features, own prioritization, metrics, adoption and post-launch learning, and support customers and teams through documentation and training.
