The Solution Architect partners with clients to redesign hiring processes, presents ROI analyses, leads demonstrations, and mentors teams, leveraging SaaS expertise.

Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for integrations (especially Workday). Lead discovery, backlog prioritization, Agile product ownership, certification to GA, go-to-market enablement, and monitor integration health and support.

Lead and support assessment design, validation, and implementation projects. Conduct job analyses, deliver analytics and visualizations, perform fairness and impact studies, consult with clients, and apply AI tools to optimize assessment delivery and ongoing performance tracking.

Manage end-to-end quoting and contract workflows in Salesforce and Ironclad, generate service orders, close opportunities, manage complex pricing escalations, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance and Customer Success while providing training and enablement.

Independently manage end-to-end implementations for small to mid-sized clients: configure the HireVue platform, design recruitment workflows, run workshops, test solutions, develop project plans, mitigate risks, and deliver training to ensure adoption. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success and act as a trusted advisor through change management.
