Lead product vision and roadmap for Hirevue's evaluation and hiring platform. Partner with Design, Engineering, Data Science and GTM teams to define, build, launch, and iterate data-driven features, own prioritization, metrics, adoption and post-launch learning, and support customers and teams through documentation and training.

Manage a portfolio of 12-15 SaaS accounts (up to $2M), drive product adoption and retention, engage C-suite stakeholders, advocate customer needs to Product, and support upsell and NPS improvements.

Lead a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive retention, expansion, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. Serve as trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, create success plans, run executive reviews, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver value and commercial outcomes. Partner with Sales and Renewals to drive renewals and expansion.
