Job Title: dCommerce Business Analyst
Location: Thailand
We are looking for a dCommerce Business Analyst to transform digital commerce data into actionable business insights that drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence across platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and other emerging channels. This role will partner closely with Commercial, Marketing, Customer Development, Finance, Data & Analytics, and platform partners to support data-driven decision-making and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the reporting and analysis of dCommerce business performance across key online platforms, including TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and other digital channels.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards that track key business metrics, including GMV, traffic, conversion rate, basket size, and category performance.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews to provide performance insights for leadership teams.
- Identify business risks and growth opportunities through data analysis, trend evaluation, and performance monitoring.
- Analyze shopper behavior and path-to-purchase across digital platforms to uncover actionable insights.
- Provide recommendations to improve assortment performance, product visibility, pricing competitiveness, and overall commercial effectiveness.
- Support demand forecasting, sales planning, and promotional strategy development.
- Evaluate campaign and mega-event performance, including key marketplace events such as 6.6, 8.8, 11.11, and 12.12.
- Partner with Data & Analytics, IT, and cross-functional teams to improve reporting automation and data accessibility.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting tools.
- Identify opportunities to streamline business processes through automation and digital solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting systems and business intelligence tools.
- Support annual business planning, forecasting, and S&OP processes through data-driven insights and analysis.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and support strategic business projects as required.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Master's degree is an advantage.
- 2-5 years of experience in Business Analytics, Commercial Analytics, E-commerce, Digital Commerce, Revenue Growth Management, Consulting, or Data Analytics.
- Experience within FMCG, Retail, Marketplace, or Digital Commerce environments is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, solve business problems, and generate actionable insights.
- Experience working with large datasets and performance reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and other data visualization and analytics tools.
- Understanding of key eCommerce and marketplace metrics, including GMV, traffic, conversion, basket size, and digital campaign performance.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
