WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a DC Advanced User – 3PL, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient system support across daily operations. You’ll work closely with DC teams to enable system usage, support issue resolution, and drive continuous improvements while acting as a bridge between business operations and system administration. Acting in line with our values, you’ll contribute to operational excellence, quality, and the overall success of the distribution centre.
You will:
- Train DC teams on system functionalities and continuous improvements
- Support daily operations and resolve system-related issues in line with DC processes
- Perform system maintenance, including clean-up, troubleshooting, and feedback to specialists
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining system best practices, IT procedures, and efficient system flows
- Support incident management, contribute to project rollouts, and drive process & workflow improvements
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You’ll work closely with DC associates and team leaders in daily operations, as well as system specialists and IT teams to resolve issues and provide feedback. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth system and process implementation, and partner with project teams during rollouts and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role will be reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager.
