Job Description
We are currently looking for professional and dedicated Spa Specialists to join our friendly and supportive team at Elysia Wellness Retreat on a casual and part time basis.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Complete beauty treatments in a professional manner
- Assist guests with advice to support their beauty and health regime
- Utilise your expertise, experience and knowledge to recommend treatments and tailor treatments for guests
- Share innovative ideas to promote product sales, guest loyalty, and exceptional customer service
- Create a friendly safe environment for guest to enjoy services
To be successful with this role you must be required to work on Fridays and Saturdays.
Qualifications
- A Diploma in Beauty Therapy or relevant feild
- Previous experience within a Hotel/Resort Spa environment is an advantage
- Availability to work an array of shifts, including one weekend day
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt and personalise treatments
- A passion for the beauty industry and the desire to build a career within this gorgeous resort
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work at least 1 day of a weekend every week.
