Abound Health is seeking a Day Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will report to the Program Director (Regionally). The Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of IDD services, leading office and clinical teams, ensuring compliance with state and Medicaid regulations, and delivering high-quality, person-centered services to the individuals we support. This role will lead 2 day programs in Alexander Opportunities in Taylorsville and Burke Opportunities in Morganton. The hours will be Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30pm EST.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of IDD programs and services within the assigned region.

Recruit, train, coach, and supervise office, clinical, and administrative staff.

Ensure compliance with Medicaid, HIPAA, accreditation, and company policies.

Monitor quality assurance, incident reporting, and regulatory documentation.

Build and maintain positive relationships with individuals served, families, community partners, and referral sources.

Participate in provider meetings, community events, and recruitment initiatives.

Foster a positive, collaborative culture that supports exceptional care and employee engagement.
Qualifications:

2+ years of supervisory experience required, 5 years preferred.

Experience working in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) field preferred.

Strong knowledge of person-centered services and regulatory compliance.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and an acceptable driving record.
Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay.
