We are looking for a skilled Automation (PowerShell) engineer to join our IT team, with the option to work hybrid in Warsaw/Remote Poland or remotely from within Metro Manila.
In this role, you will be the architect of our internal efficiency, developing robust PowerShell solutions to automate administrative tasks across Active Directory, Entra ID, and our Microsoft 365 environment.
You will bridge the gap across our infrastructure by performing root-cause analysis and delivering permanent technical fixes rather than temporary workarounds, ensuring our systems run seamlessly.
While your core focus will be scripting, it is a great 'nice to have' if you also bring experience with tools like, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), server virtualization (vSphere), firewall management, and general networking.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks for Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure services and Microsoft 365 environment
- Taking ownership of technical issues within these platforms, performing root-cause analysis and delivering permanent fixes rather than temporary workarounds
- Analysing problems and identify solutions
- Keeping up to date with the latest technology products
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of IT background in a similar position
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 level) written and verbal
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills (automation for infrastructure, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 services).
- Knowledge of Active directory services
- Experience with RBAC and IAM implementation
- Knowledge of Entra ID and Azure services
- Knowledge of 365: SharePoint, Teams, Exchange
