As an LQA Game Tester, you will check translations, game tone, and cultural correctness, report findings in Excel and Jira, and suggest improvements.

Manage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding); maintain HR operations and employee records; support payroll, benefits, leave administration, compliance, and HR projects while partnering with managers and Finance.

Own and improve QA standards, processes, documentation, and training for gaming projects. Monitor QA metrics and tooling (e.g., JIRA), mentor Test Leads, support client-facing activities, and align QA deliverables with company and client expectations. Manage QA operations, assist project setup and resource planning, and work onsite night shifts.
