The Global Fulfillment Associate is responsible for the execution of all fulfillment related activities associated with the delivery of low to high complexity custom solutions. Respond to questions from Fulfillment groups in a timely manner and incorporate any changes into the project specifications. Communicate project status to customer base, including counts, audit dates, ship dates, and changes/impacts. Follow-up with customers after project delivery to identify opportunities, changes, and efficiencies based on program results against customer expectations.
What you’ll do

Interpret client requirements and design project criteria and specifications, including attributes/data elements, scorecards, special reports, date requirements, delivery requirements, output requirements, labeling, and shipping instructions.

Drive execution across the project lifecycle of medium- to high- complexity customer solutions with the goal of ensuring 100% accuracy and on time delivery

Analyze specifications to design and implement the most efficient data processing based on system capabilities

Collaborate with fulfillment lead, programmers, and operations support to determine project scope and solution

Submit billing information for each project within defined timeframes.

Secure netdown counts and inquiry posting tape from customers.

Collaborate with Sales to ensure successful turnover and implementation of customer expectations on new and on-going projects.

Communicate new CMS (a file/data application) processes, services, and system enhancements/changes to customer base.

Maintain weekly status/tracking reports and bi-weekly forecast reports.

Submit reports to Manager, Sales associate(s), and Production Team Manager(s).
What experience you need
- 1-2 years of experience providing quantitative analytics and reporting

1-2 years of experience on analyzing internal or external specifications in order to design and implement efficient data processing

Credit industry work experience

XML and SQL querying for data collection/reporting

Communicating or presenting analytical reports to internal and external stakeholders
