Program Overview
The Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program delivers comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure, WAN, cybersecurity, and associated services to the ARNG and its mission partners. The program supports more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 sites spanning 54 states and territories, enabling Title 10 and Title 32 missions, domestic emergency response operations, mobilization readiness, and classified SIPRNet operations.
Task 2 — Enterprise Applications Support — delivers engineering, operations, and sustainment of enterprise software applications and IT capabilities supporting more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 ARNG sites nationwide. This task area ensures mission-critical applications remain current, secure, and aligned with evolving ARNG requirements by integrating innovation, emerging technologies, and continuous improvement practices into application lifecycle management.
Position Summary
ECS is seeking a Database Analyst / Developer - Junior to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) ENOCS program in Fairfax, VA. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing database solutions to enhance enterprise applications. This position involves creating database queries, stored procedures, and reports, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization. The role is integral to supporting data migration and transformation processes, contributing to the broader mission of maintaining robust and efficient data systems for the ARNG.

Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize database queries and stored procedures to support enterprise applications.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to ensure integrity and validation of data across systems.
- Support data migration efforts, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.

- DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 421-Database Administrator at the Basic proficiency level
- Proficiency in SQL development and database migration
- Experience with ETL processes and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
- Familiarity with Agile environments and system enhancement methodologies
- Proven experience in supporting integration activities for enterprise applications
