**This position require working in European time zone (Italy).**

Roles and Responsibilities:

Data Management and Analysis:

• Collect, organize, and analyze project data to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Develop and maintain databases and data systems.
• Ability to develop and run scripts in large data setups.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for project stakeholders.
• Document data analysis processes and methodologies.
• Create visualizations and dashboards to present data insights.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with project managers, team members, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and requirements.
• Communicate findings and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Provide training and support to team members on data-related tools and processes.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis.
• Implement best practices for data management and analysis.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analysis and project management.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct regular audits to ensure data quality and compliance with standards.
• Develop and implement data quality control measures.
• Address data-related issues and discrepancies promptly.

Project Support:

• Assist in the planning and execution of projects by providing data-driven insights.
• Monitor project progress and performance using data metrics.
• Support the PMO team in achieving project goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Any graduation in data science and engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in using Power BI, Power Apps and Qlik BI for data integration.
• Experience in programming tools such as Python and SQL.
• Ability to write scripts for data extraction, scripting experience is mandatory.
• Experience with programming tools such as VB, Python, and SQL.
• Experience in database management systems (DBMS).
• Experience with Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
• Skills in data analysis, visualization, and optimization, including writing scripts to extract and optimize data.
• Good communication skills with Good Level of English (B2/C1)
• Shift Timings: Should be comfortable to work in European time zone (Italy).
