Strategy & Analytics Analyst - Remote
Job Description Summary
The role of the Analyst is to provide analytical support to the Integrated Portfolio Management Team. The Analyst will perform research, create financial & predictive modeling, report findings in written and presentation format, organize data and data sources. The Analyst will collaborate with account management and other team members throughout the process to transform data into client-usable information. The Analyst gathers and assembles data, using analytical and quantitative methods to analyze performance, identify problems, and develop recommendations that support the client and team goals.
Job Description
• Working with team members and under the direction of a senior analyst: research, perform quantitative and qualitative analyses and quantitative projections.
• Efficient and effective researcher. A person who delights in the research and discovery of new insights and analytical approaches.
• Organize data in to logical communication and messages as part of client presentation materials and management analysis reports.
• Leverage and expand use of on-account software platforms to enhance analysis and reporting. Key applications include the Microsoft Business Suite, Power BI, and other data sources delivering market intelligence, customer analysis and competitor insights.
• Ability to interrelate multiple data sources efficiently and effectively.
• Ability to understand budgets and financial accountability in a client environment.
• Support and contribute to a collaborative and innovative teamwork environment. Build effective client relationships to help the team meet or exceed client needs. Attend client presentations to assist and support senior team members.
• Respond to requests in a timely manner, meeting all deadlines
• Performs other related duties as required or requested
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance
• Knowledge of Alteryx and/or Microsoft Power BI, or other database systems a plus

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Regularly required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may need to travel from floor to floor, climb stairs, and may be required to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions. The employee may also be regularly required to remain in a stationary position (sit or stand) for 85% of the time; regularly use hands to operate office machinery and regularly required to walk, talk, and hear.
