What you'll be doing
As a Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for providing core reporting activities to a significant customer(s). After we install a wide range of technologies, the team is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction every day. You will be the voice of Verizon and an advocate for your customer as you work to continually improve our service. In this role, a vital part of the customer experience is in your hands. The work will be fast-paced, results-oriented and involve working closely with other functional teams.
- Build, analyze, prepare and present more than 100+ service and performance related reports within the program.
- Administer, design and produce reporting as mutually agreed between Verizon and the customer.
- Directly support the various reporting manager positions within the program.
- Oversee reporting requirements for service and performance as per the contract.
- Maintain a repository of performance reports provided.
- Manage dashboard reporting, as mutually agreed with the customer and documented in the Methods and Procedures manual.
- Prepare performance reports and service level reports that will collectively show Verizon's compliance with service levels and associated performance requirements.
This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
What we're looking for
You'll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree or one or more years of work experience.
- One or more years of relevant work experience.
Even better if you have:
- A degree.
- Experience with reporting analysis.
- Program Management reporting experience.
- Experience in IT and/or Telecom.
- Knowledge of the Service Now toolset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of MS office applications, especially MS Excel.
