As an Enterprise Delivery Tools Analyst, you will design and implement processes and tools to support planning and delivery across Product, D&A, and Technology at Equifax.

What you'll do

  • Implement and manage complex process improvement strategy and/or tactical initiatives across Product, D&A, and Technology.
  • Build customer relationships and support establishment and communication of the continuous improvement philosophy and quality culture
  • Develop and executive continuous improvement plans in order to support functional, departmental, and/or company's strategies
  • Proactively work with others to develop and implement actions that improve the capability of people and processes within the organizations
  • Lead the deployment and enhancement of enterprise tools to support business processes and best practices
  • Configure and customize enterprise tools (e.g. Aha!, Jira, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain configuration policies and procedures
  • Provide training and support to end users (e.g. Lunch n' learns, job aids, user guides, etc.)



What experience you need

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, business or related technical field required
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in business analysis and/or configuration in Agile
  • Minimum of 3 years experience using PPM tools (e.g. Aha!, Jira, Clarity, Rally, etc.)



What could set you apart

  • PMP, Agile or Scrum certification preferred
  • Experience in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) a plus
  • You have a real passion for and the ability to learn new technologies
