Marketing & PACS platform services is one of the critical service hubs. The Company is transforming its approach and capabilities as it relates to Marketing Knowledge and specifically in its analytics discipline to deliver the analysis and scorecards that will enable competitively advantaged Marketing that drives the growth of the TCCC portfolio, our consumer & shopper base, as well as overall contribution to growth. Best in class analytics and the provision thereof is at the heart of this transformation and the Knowledge & Insights, Manager is responsible for driving & providing knowledge and insights and building brand analytic capability to and across the enterprise.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and deliver brand focused knowledge and insights leveraging standard reporting framework, scorecards and dashboards.
  • Reports real time on brand business performance metrics and diagnostic for marketing actions. Provides analysis based on standardized templates at speed and to scale.
  • Build brand focused knowledge and insights capability working closely with the Platform Services data team and in partnership with Center and OU Insights & Marketing Operations teams.
  • Develops dashboarding analytic technology and data visualization and interrogation systems to support both local and meta data analysis, in partnership with the Platform Services data and technology teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement and learning through rigorous and consistent measurement & evaluation of activity.
  • Administration: Vendor management.
  • Work collaboratively within the Marketing analytics team. Model a culture that improves the organization's comfort with the speed of change, challenging assumptions, relentless pursuit of improvement - all with a high sense of personal accountability.


Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or Advanced Degree preferred

Related Work Experience:
Minimum of 5 or more years of work experience within insights and analytics. Brand analytics and business intelligence experience a plus. The required focus is on the relevance of the recent work they've done as it pertains to this role. Needs to have experience working across teams and geographies in a complex, global environment working within teams of internal and external resources. Experience in working directly with Marketing teams and designing, executing, and analyzing primary & secondary data.

Functional Skills:

  • TCCC Marketing, category & brand knowledge and experience is key.
  • Knowledge & experience in TCCC's brand analytic tools will be a strong advantage.
  • Cross Functional Relationships: Knowledge of and ability to articulate to senior management the benefits of supporting cross-functional objectives to achieve the business plan.
  • Candidate must have strong analytics experience and be well versed in storytelling from data. Must be experienced in translating analytics into actionable outcomes.
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas and concepts and insights to communicate the "so what" / "now what" to the business stakeholders and drive action.
  • Must be well versed in: Research and Trend Analysis: Knowledge of and ability to interpret and apply data and insights to inform TCCC's brand strategy and programs.
  • SME level experience and applied knowledge of insights and analytics
