About the Role

The Manager of Channel Enablement & Analytics will collaborate with key business partners to lead Channel Enablement efforts that will deliver on the strategic priorities of the Tax and Accounting Professionals segment and empower the sales channels to attain their sales and revenue goals. This role will have a specific focus on maximizing sales channel and business performance by leading a team of analysts to maximize marketing, sales, and retention efforts. In addition, this role will focus on activating a channel communications strategy for new product launches, as well as related changes to systems, policies, and programs.

Note: This role is a *hybrid (*mix of working from home and in-office) and can based in any of these corporate hub offices: Minneapolis/St. Paul area (Eagan), Dallas area (Carrollton), or Ann Arbor.

In this opportunity as Manager Channel Enablement & Analytics - Tax and Accounting Professionals, you will:

  • Lead and manage a team of analysts to maximize sales and marketing efforts.
  • Understand Tax and Accounting business priorities and sales channel structure, sales motions, comp levers, etc.
  • Define channel communications strategy leveraging best practices and implements consistent communications structure across Tax and Accounting to scale resources and drive efficiency
  • Support key internal launch activities for new product launches
  • Support efforts to partner with central Sales Enablement team on sales training needs, completion, and reinforcement
  • Lead efforts to partner with Commercial Excellence / Pricing teams to communicate channel incentives, promos, etc.
  • Leverage data and analytics to ensure effectiveness of sales enablement tools and communications



About You

You may be a fit for the role of Manager, Channel Enablement & Analytics - Tax and Accounting Professionals if you have:

  • BA degree in business, marketing, or communications
  • 7+ years of analytics, channel enablement, sales, strategic management, strategic communications, strategic marketing, customer segment marketing, or similar experience
  • Previous team leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively in a highly matrixed environment
  • Ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Ability to proactively identify, define, structure and lead complex projects end-to-end
  • Proven ability to support multiple time-sensitive initiatives simultaneously
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 apps, especially MS Teams, PowerPoint and Excel
