Organizational Overview
As an Associate with SS&C Health, you will be part of an organization that promotes better health outcomes for consumers through clinical and technological innovations. Role Overview
The Business Systems Analyst participates in the initiation, requirements, design, testing, and conversion/implementation phases of a project to develop, modify, or implement effective information systems solutions. Is typically assigned responsibility for full life cycle participation on smaller scope projects or multiple phases of the life cycle on larger, more complex projects. Conducts comprehensive client interviews to research, analyze, and produce accurate and thorough project documentation and deliverables. Demonstrates technical proficiency with various software tools, utilities, methodologies, and concepts.
Responsibilities
- Assesses, develops, and implements quality and business process strategies, programs, policies, training, and improvements within the company
- Will support efforts across Core Business and DomaniRx
- Role will be part of the Product Delivery Team as a Product Owner with a focus on Government Regulated Products (Medicare, Medicaid, HIM) and Member Communications
- You will be focused on DomaniRx solution delivery as SME cross functional organization lead
Minimum:
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of work-related experience, or 4 years equivalent work-related experience
- Excellent communicator with proficient skills in JIRA and Microsoft Suite
- Preferred candidate will have experience supporting product, compliance or client relationships in this area
- Preferred skills include ability to inform, create and manage roadmap
