Job Summary:
Sharecare Health Data Services is seeking a highly motivated, well-organized problem solver to join our Analytics and Data Science Team. If you have passion for solving complex business issues with data-driven insights and ability to operate as a thought leader, whether you are a Power BI/Tableau wizard highly skilled in SQL, or a R/Python master -- we want to hear from you.

This is a high visibility role offering exciting opportunity to work closely with the Director of Analytics and Data Science to build best-in-class applied analytics practice, create, and foster a culture of data-driven decision making and lead the organization on the path from descriptive to predictive analytics using a variety of tools and methodologies to produce a strong impact on the organizational performance.
The ideal candidate will be a life-long learner possessing intellectual humility, an ability to scope analytic solutions out of vague business problems and have proactive mindset in reaching out and working with all levels of internal and external customers to serve their analytics needs.

Essential Job Functions:
* Lead stakeholder engagements and evangelize the value of data and analytics solutions and actively build new relationships identifying opportunities to improve the business.
* Design best-in-class reporting solutions using Power BI to standardize operational, financial and sales KPIs creating a source of truth and driving self-service BI.
* Reframe business objectives and questions as data and analytical tasks that can deliver actionable insights, create accurate predictions and drive effective business optimization.
* Process, cleanse, validate and integrate data from different sources for reporting, analysis, model building and data visualization.
* Develop and deliver action-oriented, insightful analytic presentations and data stories that provide consultative direction to key stakeholders.
* Manage priorities of data engineering team using agile methodologies and implement project management best practices in JIRA; identify and manage project risks.
* Champion data-driven decision making including coaching and mentoring others on best practices and continuously running enablement sessions within the business community.
* Maintain a culture of high-quality output and exceptional customer service: anticipate stakeholder needs and proactively develop recommendations and solutions.
* Continuously study trends in analytics and data science fields to ensure we always use best-in-class tools and techniques.

Requirements

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field required; Master's Degree preferred.
* 3-7 years related experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Management, or other roles with a strong emphasis on numerical fluency.
* Strong data modeling, mining and quantitative research experience using SQL and other tools.
* Relevant data modeling, storytelling and data visualization skills using modern software such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, R or Python.
* Fluency in data analysis, including defining KPIs, statistical and predictive modeling concepts, descriptive statistics and experimental design.
* Agile project management experience facilitating Scrum or Kanban activities in JIRA.
* Exceptional executive communication skills with an ability to distill complex ideas for high-level audiences.
* Good grasp of modern data warehouse design concepts -- must be able to manage technical data integration projects and deliverables without authority.
* Strong interpersonal and judgment skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
* Entrepreneurial mindset: ability and desire to launch and run initiatives end-to-end with full ownership.
* Clearly demonstrated ability to improve business performance with data-driven solutions.

Information Governance Accountabilities:
* A high-level understanding of the organization's information governance program and role-specific accountabilities.

* A thorough understanding of role requirements, including policies, procedures, and processes, to include how individual work impacts the organization and its strategic and financial goals; and how tasks and projects affect the integrity of the organization's data and information.
* Commitment to discuss questions and recommendations about processes and any observed variations in performing tasks in order to ensure a standardized approach to work and services provided.
* Participation in education as required for corporate compliance and role-specific functions and tasks.

HIPAA/Compliance:
* Maintain the privacy of all patients, employees, and volunteer information and access such information only on a need-to-know basis for business purposes.
* Comply with all regulations regarding corporate integrity and security obligations.
* Report unethical, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior or activity.
* Maintain current and yearly HIPAA certification.
