Responsible for completing FMLA/Disability forms, ensuring accuracy and customer service, and handling medical record requests while adhering to compliance regulations.

Serve as primary consultant and account lead for healthcare clients on value-based care programs. Ensure compliant reporting for MIPS and payer contracts, analyze quality data, recommend improvements, train clients on reporting and EMR use, validate submissions (QCDR), conduct chart audits, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance outcomes.

Create strategic RFP responses and media proposals, build PowerPoint capability decks, design Figma mockups, manage LinkedIn social strategy and email campaigns via Empower, oversee Sharecare social products (SodaRX, Member Reach Social), collaborate on new product development, and provide reporting to drive campaign and proposal performance.
