The role coordinates with internal and global stakeholders on workforce planning, reporting, access management, operational targets, compliance, and transition milestones while supporting continuous operational excellence.

Serves as the primary consultant and account lead for healthcare clients participating in MIPS and other value-based care programs. Analyzes quality data, identifies performance gaps, ensures regulatory compliance, guides EMR optimization, conducts chart audits, prepares submissions, and communicates CMS updates. Leads client meetings, provides training, collaborates with IT and cross-functional teams, and recommends strategies to improve reporting accuracy, compliance, and payment outcomes.

Completes FMLA and disability forms, processes medical record requests, maintains HIPAA compliance, communicates with patients and physician coordinators, meets turnaround times, supports clients, trains new employees, prepares reports, and provides backup for forms, release-of-information, and audit teams.

Leads global operations by setting organizational direction, coordinating functional managers, transitioning regional activities, measuring performance, and improving revenue, expenses, profitability, and margins. Builds global partnerships, supports client onboarding and transitions, ensures consistent operational processes, communicates with stakeholders, and maintains compliance with information governance, HIPAA, privacy, and corporate integrity requirements.

Reviews and approves customer accounts, maintains accurate account data, generates and processes invoices, resolves billing discrepancies, responds to billing inquiries, and maintains accounts receivable documentation. The role collaborates with sales, customer service, and finance teams while ensuring compliance with financial controls and billing regulations. It also supports reconciliations, audits, process improvements, system upgrades, and policy updates.

Manage Sharecare and AskMD social channels across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Develop calendars, publish content, create and edit short-form videos, engage communities, coordinate creators and production teams, analyze performance, and support launches and events. The role also requires appearing on camera when needed, using AI-assisted production tools, and routing health-related content through clinical and brand review.

Create strategic RFP responses and media proposals, build PowerPoint capability decks, design Figma mockups, manage LinkedIn social strategy and email campaigns via Empower, oversee Sharecare social products (SodaRX, Member Reach Social), collaborate on new product development, and provide reporting to drive campaign and proposal performance.

Process release of information (ROI) requests: retrieve, scan, validate authorizations, ensure HIPAA compliance, maintain equipment and records, deliver customer service, manage incoming requests (mail/phone/fax/email), order/return paper records, and follow state laws and client policies.
