It also supports reconciliations, audits, process improvements, system upgrades, and policy updates.

Manage Sharecare and AskMD social channels across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Develop calendars, publish content, create and edit short-form videos, engage communities, coordinate creators and production teams, analyze performance, and support launches and events. The role also requires appearing on camera when needed, using AI-assisted production tools, and routing health-related content through clinical and brand review.

Create strategic RFP responses and media proposals, build PowerPoint capability decks, design Figma mockups, manage LinkedIn social strategy and email campaigns via Empower, oversee Sharecare social products (SodaRX, Member Reach Social), collaborate on new product development, and provide reporting to drive campaign and proposal performance.

Process release of information (ROI) requests: retrieve, scan, validate authorizations, ensure HIPAA compliance, maintain equipment and records, deliver customer service, manage incoming requests (mail/phone/fax/email), order/return paper records, and follow state laws and client policies.

Lead and manage a team of Account Managers to sustain and grow employer/payor/government client relationships. Own contract delivery, renewals, expansions, financial performance, reporting, and strategic client planning. Act as senior client escalation, mentor account team members, coordinate cross-functional resources, and drive profitability and retention through consultative selling and data-driven reporting.

Responsible for completing FMLA/Disability forms, ensuring accuracy and customer service, and handling medical record requests while adhering to compliance regulations.
