Overview:

This is a REMOTE position and temporary assignment (likely through January 2023).

The Analyst-Data Integrity position

• Research and remediate issues between ATS and HR/Payroll to ensure timely processing of personnel actions
• Performs support tasks with focus on service excellence.
• Researches and resolves HRIS-related issues, providing appropriate information to customers in response to inquiries.
• Fluent in the processes performed by customers in order to respond to questions and assist as needed.
• Maintains familiarity with all computer systems used within the department, utilizing as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year HRIS experience
• Required Education: HS diploma or GED
• Other:
• Ability to follow written procedures/direction.
• General understanding of a variety of operating systems.•
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and HR/Payroll processing and Timekeeper system, preferably Lawson and Kronos; MS Access knowledge helpful.•
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
