As a Data Visualization Sr. Assoc in our dynamic and growing team, you will be involved in creating impactful visual representations of data, utilizing charts and graphs to reveal insights and facilitate informed decision-making. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to our business objectives and influence decision-making processes.
Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and produce analytical and operational reports using Snowflake, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, or similar tools to support business objectives.
• Adhere to technology architecture standards, risk management, security, and data management policies.
• Independently review reports and provide analytical recommendations.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

• At least intermediate proficiency in two Business Intelligence Tools -- Power BI, Tableau, SSRS
• Knowledgeable in creating stored procedures
• 5+ years Development experience on RDBMS such as SQL and Snowflake
• 5+ years Development experience on dashboarding such as Power BI, Tableau
• 1+ years experience on Alteryx business intelligence platform
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Experienced in using AWS (Athena, S3, Quicksight)
• Knowledgeable in using Databricks for data processing and analytics.
• Experienced in utilizing LLM in work processes for enhanced data analysis and automation.
• Experience in reviewing technical specifications
• Experience with compliance operations testing/production
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and influence/execute change

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities

• Familiarity with SharePoint and JIRA (preferred)
• Knowledge in Snowflake
• Knowledge of Home Lending LOB/functions (preferred)
• Leadership skills with the ability to guide teams effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Effective time management and prioritization abilities
• Independent worker with strong collaboration skills. Skilled in negotiating creative, win-win solutions
• Ability to anticipate downstream impacts before making recommendations. Capable of designing flexible, reusable solutions for multiple clients

Shift Schedule: 3pm-12am PHT, weekends off
