As a trusted partner and leader in providing energy and sustainability consulting services to the federal government, Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) understands the increasing complexity of achieving energy security and data management in a changing world. As part of the Energy, Resilience and Sustainability (ERS) Division, you will collaborate with experts to provide comprehensive policy, planning, and implementation services to deliver solutions that address critical infrastructure resilience and security, and data management issues and support the military mission, while reducing environmental impacts. We take our role seriously, as our efforts ensure our installations and assets are prepared in any operating environment, present and future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain data integrations across enterprise systems, platforms, and repositories
  • Develop and maintain metadata pipelines, automated workflows, and API-based data exchanges supporting system interoperability
  • Integrate source system metadata with enterprise data catalogs and governance platforms
  • Design and maintain data models to include schemas, relationships, and metadata supporting enterprise data governance capabilities, including data classification and lineage
  • Map entity relationship diagrams and data flows that outline relationships, transformations, and dependencies across business tools
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality, consistency, integration, and interoperability issues
  • Document system integrations, data flows, metadata models, and technical processes
  • Work alongside the Power Platform Developer to integrate data model(s), metadata, and governance requirements into technical solutions
  • Collaborate with data stewards, analysts, system owners, developers, and governance stakeholders to translate business and data governance requirements into technical solutions
  • Independently own technical workstreams from problem definition and requirements through solution design, implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in systems engineering, data integration, data management, IT systems support, or data platform administration.
  • Ability to independently translate requirements into technical solutions through implementation
  • Ability to independently identify and resolve technical challenges with minimal oversight
  • Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, data modeling, and database relationship
  • Experience designing, developing, implementing, or maintaining system integration or data pipelines
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (Azure preferred)
  • Exposure to APIs and structured data formats (JSON/XML)
  • Experience documenting systems, workflows, or technical processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple ongoing projects. 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Common Access Card (CAC). 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain as US Government Secret Security Clearance Secret or higher)
  • Independently manages tasks from requirement through implementation
  • Proactively resolving challenges with minimal oversight
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work across technical and business teams
  • Strong written documentation skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to independently own technical workstreams within a collaborative environment


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Supporting Department of War or Federal Government enterprise systems, data platforms, or integration environment.
  • Operationalizing data governance initiatives through metadata management, data cataloging, system integration, data quality, or technical workflows Working with enterprise data catalogs (Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Alation)
  • Exposure to data quality tools or metadata management platforms
  • Developing or implementing metadata or database models, data inventories, data catalogs, or governance workflows
  • Creation of entity relationship diagrams (ERDs) for database management
  • Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Platform, or similar low-code application/data platforms
  • Integrating data from disparate enterprise systems, databases, APIs, files, or other structured data sources
  • Experience in government, defense, utilities, or regulated environments
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900)
  • Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
  • CompTIA Data+
  • CompTIA Security+
