Tracks cost, schedule, performance, budgets, and portfolio execution; supports MILCON and FSRM planning; manages dashboards and real property information systems; develops governance materials and performance metrics; and advises facilities leadership on real property accountability and program oversight.

Leads advanced mechanical and aerospace system design for defense and industrial applications. Oversees CAD modeling, manufacturing drawings, FEA, prototyping, testing, process development, and design optimization. Serves as a technical authority for multidisciplinary projects, mentors engineers, supports proposals and business growth, engages clients and vendors, and ensures compliance with DoD standards and safety requirements.

Supports federal capital investment and infrastructure programs by developing plans, tracking milestones and financial actions, preparing reports and official documentation, coordinating governance activities, analyzing facilities program data, and creating briefings for government decision-makers.
