- Lead and define data governance policies and procedures.
- Monitor, analyze, and improve data quality across the organization.
- Manage end-to-end data lifecycle, from acquisition to archival.
- Lead master data management initiatives, ensuring accuracy and consistency of master data.
- Manage and oversee metadata management, creating and maintaining comprehensive datadictionaries.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
- Experience with data quality tools and methodologies.
- Experience in master data management and metadata management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements related to data management.
- Defines and implements data quality KPIs to enhance overall data integrity.
- Ensures clear documentation of data sources, transformations, and storage.
- Works closely with IT and business units to implement effective data solutions.
- Delivers accurate and consistent master data across the organization.
- Ensures comprehensive metadata management to support data understanding and lineage.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in data stewardship or related roles.
- Experience in the fintech industry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
- Experience with data quality tools and methodologies.
- Experience in master data management and metadata management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
