ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Data Steward, you’ll own how product information moves from business teams to market — validating, enriching, and syndicating data through inRiver across every channel it touches. It’s a cross-functional role with real breadth: resolving data gaps at the source, maintaining syndication templates, and keeping product data accurate and channel-ready. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Validate product data across core systems to ensure completeness and accuracy;
- Upload product data into PIM systems and resolve data gaps with stakeholders;
- Support business teams with product data issues across channels;
- Communicate data requirements to stakeholders to ensure data quality aligned with product launch timelines;
- Create, track, and report on product data and launch status;
- Maintain and reconfigure syndication templates in inRiver.
MUST HAVES
- 3+ years of experience in data management;
- Understanding of data lifecycle;
- Experience using multiple tools for data management and stewardship;
- Experience with inRiver or PIM tools (Salsify, Informatica, Akeneo);
- Experience with PIM syndication for retailers or marketplaces;
- Proficiency in Excel;
- Ability to work under tight deadlines;
- Strong communication skills;
- Fluent English level.
