Skills Required
- 5+ years of industry experience with machine learning, data analysis, and business analysis
- Fluency in Python
- Fluency in R
- Fluency in SQL
- Proficiency in distributed data technologies (Hive, Spark)
- Looker reporting (required skill)
- Experience in A/B test experimentation
- Working knowledge of statistics
- Deep understanding of machine learning concepts and statistical methods
- Ability to draw insights and present conclusions from data to inform model development and business decisions
- Ability to conduct rigorous analysis and communicate conclusions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Mentor and lead other data scientists in the team
