We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing, with hands-on experience in cloud-based data solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions that drive business value.
What you will do
• Design and implement machine learning and deep learning models for predictive analytics and classification tasks.
• Develop and fine-tune NLP solutions, including working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Perform advanced data analysis to uncover insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Write efficient and scalable code using Python and PySpark for data processing and modeling.
• Use SQL to query and manipulate large datasets from various sources.
• Build and deploy models using AWS services such as SageMaker, Glue Jobs, Lambda Functions, and others.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data science and AI.
You will bring
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP/LLMs.
• Strong programming skills in Python and PySpark.
• Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to perform complex data analysis and communicate findings effectively.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, especially SageMaker, Glue, and Lambda.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice-to-have skills
• Experience with MLOps and model deployment in production environments.
• Knowledge of data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Understanding of big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks.
