What You Will Do
- Partner with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and analytical frameworks
- Design and implement advanced statistical methodologies and predictive models to enhance data analysis capabilities
- Deliver clear actionable insights through effective data visualization and comprehensive reporting to key stakeholders
- Drive operational efficiency by developing and deploying analytics solutions that provide meaningful business intelligence
- Lead data quality initiatives and establish data governance standards
- Architect and optimize data pipelines for scalable analytics solutions
- Develop automated monitoring systems for data integrity and model performance
- Maintain expertise in emerging data technologies and industry best practices while continuously improving analytical processes

Qualifications
What You Will Have
- 10+ years of experience in quantitative analysis and data science
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data warehouse optimization, including Redshift query and table design
- Deep understanding of data lake architectures, ETL processes, data catalog management, and data lineage/impact analysis
- Experience designing and optimizing data pipelines and productionizing models for both batch and streaming data workloads
- Familiarity in stream processing technologies, including Apache Flink, Spark, Kafka
- Hands-on experience with AWS data platforms, including EMR cluster management and performance optimization
- Ability to apply industry best practices across analytics, data engineering, and applied data science workflows
- Analytical, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills to resolve complex data challenges
- Effective verbal, written, and data-driven communication, including presenting complex findings to diverse audiences
- Excellent collaboration and partnership skills across technical and non-technical teams
Nice to Haves
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Domain experience in healthcare, finance, or SaaS analytics
